
Santina Rhodes Bagley, Pre-College Advisor at Middle Georgia Center for Academic Excellence at West Side High School, has dedicated her career path to providing services that meet the needs of youth to prepare for life’s challenges through education, mentorship, and resources.
Santina has worked for the state and private sector for 15 years ensuring the educational, social, medical, and basic needs of the children were met through consistent, compassionate, and professional services.
Santina graduated from Georgia College and State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and from Troy University in 2006 with a Masters of Education w/Concentration in Counseling. Santina is passionate about helping others and works to be a role model for her two sons, Octavien and Reginald, to ensure they understand to be successful you must stay positive, work hard, be considerate, and open to change. Santina believes it’s the little things that make the difference and prepare children for the big things in life.
